1. Organisations and contact

PROMETHAI sp. z o.o., ul. Romana Drewsa 2/105, 61-606 Poznań, Poland, is the controller of data it collects through the form. For data enquiries and rights requests, write to kontakt@fxware.pl.

Orbex Services LTD receives the details needed to handle your request. Its representatives contact you about the package. PROMETHAI also records your contact-channel and marketing choices.

2. Details you provide

You provide your first name or full name and choose one contact channel: phone, WhatsApp or Telegram. Phone and WhatsApp require a phone number; Telegram requires an account identifier. You may also specify a preferred language and time of day.

The request record includes the details you provide, selected channel, contact preferences, page language, submission times and request count, together with your contact and marketing choices. It also includes the source and campaign tags, the form page and referring page addresses, the form version and the statements you submit.

We do not ask for an account number, password, balance or transaction history. Providing details is optional, but we cannot handle the request without a name and the details for your selected channel.

We use technical request data to prevent abuse. If the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, the IP address and verification token are sent to Cloudflare to check the submission.

3. Purposes and legal bases

With your consent, PROMETHAI records your request and shares the details needed for the requested contact about the package with Orbex Services LTD. Later marketing from PROMETHAI and later marketing from Orbex Services LTD require separate consent. The legal basis for processing for these purposes is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Necessary processing to prevent abuse, demonstrate consent and establish or defend claims is based on PROMETHAI's legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who receives your request

Orbex Services LTD receives your first name or full name, the details for your selected channel and the information needed to handle your request, including its scope and your contact preferences. We also share the relevant consent and withdrawal records.

Data can be accessed by authorised people handling the request and infrastructure and IT providers to the extent needed to provide their services.

5. Data sharing and messaging services

PROMETHAI shares with Orbex Services LTD the details needed to handle your request.

Choosing WhatsApp or Telegram also involves using the messaging provider's service. Check its privacy terms, including information about processing outside the European Economic Area.

You can use the separate WhatsApp link to start a conversation with Orbex Services LTD yourself. You choose what to share in the message. The link does not automatically send the contents of your form.

6. Separate marketing choices

You choose separately whether to receive later information and offers from PROMETHAI and from Orbex Services LTD. Each consent covers only the channel selected in the form and the details provided for it. It does not cover the other channels or email.

The contact request alone does not subscribe you to later campaigns. You can leave both marketing options unchecked. Handling your request and downloading the installer do not depend on these choices.

Marketing consent does not confirm that financial services are available in your country.

7. Retention

PROMETHAI keeps request details for as long as needed to handle the request. It keeps data used for its own consent-based marketing until you withdraw consent or the relevant purpose ends earlier.

We may retain a minimal record of consent, withdrawal or objection for as long as needed to respect your choice and demonstrate proper handling. Any longer retention is limited to data needed for a legal obligation or a specific claim.

Data relating to an Orbex account follows separate rules described in documents from the relevant entity.

8. Website analytics

Essential cookies are always active. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits, traffic sources, accepted form submissions and clicks on file download links. We activate Google Analytics and its analytics cookies only after you accept analytics; before consent and after you decline, we neither send requests to Google Analytics nor set its cookies. We do not include your email address, phone number or submission ID in analytics events. We send a cleaned page address and selected UTM campaign tags. User and event data retention is set to 2 months, without resetting the retention period on new activity. Google Signals and user-provided data collection are disabled. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. This stops measurement and removes the Google Analytics cookies set by this website.

9. Withdrawal and your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to kontakt@fxware.pl. Specify whether you mean the requested contact, PROMETHAI marketing or Orbex Services LTD marketing. If your withdrawal concerns Orbex Services LTD, we also pass it to that entity. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Subject to the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. You can also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
